when i wanna upload i new picture for my Profile, then nothing changes, its the same picture wich i had before
so is it a bug or something like that??

This happens to me sometimes also. Let's just wait for admino's reply.

Hello Randy,
The picture might be to big, try resizing it to about 100x100 resolution.
