This isn't worth being judged as a skin. this isn't a skin, its art. therefore shall be judged with the principals of art and design.

Teture: The texture of the piece itself is very artistic, and i like the deisgn of it, as well. the colors are in harmony and brings a nice 'floating in the sky' like feeling once looked at long enough.

Line: The use of line in the piece is pretty intriguing. i like how you've used just a few 'lines' to create a feeling of no gravity.

'Shading': The 'Shading' (colors) in this piece are nice, as i've said they come together in harmony and with tranquil balance.
